Check out Darrin Patrick’s talk, The History and Streams of the Emerging Church, given at Covenant Seminary on the 22nd October 2007. Darrin Patrick is the pastor of the Journey in St. Louis and an important member of the Acts 29 church planting network.

Stephen Darrin’s history and terms messages was very careful and thoughtout. It was what you would hope and expect from someone inside the technical discussions. I did a fifty five page thesis on it in my last year at WTS and found several connections throughout Patricks discussion. Some of the few differences between his presentation and my own is the time he spent on prior missiological influences, but all and all a great job.
